Our spot is in Annawadi, right across from the Western Express Highway. If you know the Andheri East area, you know how loud it gets with the metro and all the cars. We are near the WEH Metro Station, which makes it easy for the staff to get in, even if the commute is long for some. The Sony Service Centre is right there too, so that is usually how we tell people to find us. It is not a very quiet office because of the highway noise, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting vendors in the little space we have. There are always crates or some equipment sitting in the corner waiting to be moved. We aren't really into big fancy presentations or anything. Usually, we just sit down with a notepad and figure out what needs to happen next. It is a lot of back and forth, especially with the traffic in Andheri being what it is. Some of us have worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to understand what needs doing. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We eat lunch together when there is time, usually something from the local stalls nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind of organizing things for people across the city.
