We’re located in Borivali West, right by the New Municipal Building and near the M T N L Telephone Exchange. It’s a landmark area, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. The office is just a simple room where we spend our time booking trips and talking to travelers. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit while we look up prices or check availability. The area is always humming with activity because of the municipal building nearby. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students to families. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon. If a trip is going to be long and tiring, we say so. We try to be honest about what people can expect. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. Most don't mind. We’ve been in this part of Borivali for a while now and have seen many people come and go. It’s a steady job, and we like the routine of it. We aren't a huge chain, just a local business trying to help people get around. We keep our hours regular, but sometimes we stay late if someone has an urgent trip to plan. It’s just how it goes here near the exchange. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
