Prafulla Travels

You can find us at Pink Apartment in Andheri West. It is unit A/7. We have been operating from this apartment for quite some time now. It is a bit different than having a storefront on the main road, but it works fine for us and our clients. People usually call us first and then come over to finalize things once they have a plan. We do a lot of travel arrangements, mostly focused on getting people where they need to be, whether it is for work or a family visit. Whether it is a quick trip to a nearby town or something much longer, we sit down and look at all the different options available. Andheri West is always crowded and loud, so being tucked away in the apartment building is actually a bit quieter for doing work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and customers. It’s a busy life and there isn't much downtime. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay from day to day. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, like a flight delay or a sudden change in plans, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone fixing it. That’s just how the travel business is. We like being in this part of town because it is close to everything we need. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who heard about us from their friends. We don't have any big signs out front.
