Our place is Pr Jadhav Buildcon And Mining (Opc) Private Limited. We are situated at 51, Floor-3, in the Khatau Chawl, specifically over in Hafiz Ali, Bahadur Khan Marg. It’s in the Afripada area near Jacob Circle. Being on the third floor means a bit of a walk, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is pretty old-school Mumbai, very busy and full of life. We do a mix of construction and mining work from this office. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and maps we have lying around for the mining side of the business. Jacob Circle is a landmark most people know, so it helps when we have to give directions to the chawl. It’s not a modern glass building, but it has its own character. We’ve been here at Bahadur Khan Marg for some time. We aren’t really interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We are just a small team working on various projects across the region. The mining stuff takes us out of the city a lot, but this is where we come back to do the admin and planning. It’s a real working office with paper everywhere and the sound of the street coming through the windows. We just get on with it and try to stay on top of the mining regulations and buildcon schedules. There's always a lot to keep track of every single day.
