Pooja Trading Company

Our shop is number 21 in the Pratap Nagar Chs building. We’re in Andheri East, right across the road from the Namaskar Building. It’s a busy spot and we deal with a lot of different goods coming in and out. The shop is more of a warehouse space than a showroom. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with various items we trade. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a new delivery, and we have to move things around to make room. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the right boxes go to the right people. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff throughout the day. We don't have fancy displays; it's all about the stock and getting it where it needs to go. The neighborhood is always active, with people moving through Pratap Nagar at all hours. We’ve got a small desk near the front where we handle the cash and the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the cardboard, but that’s just part of the job. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it works for what we do. It’s just a simple trading business where we keep our heads down and get the work done. Every day there is something else to unpack or ship out.
