We are over at 12/2 in the Sion Bhavani Building. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around this part of Sion. The building has been here for years, and our office is just one of those small rooms where we keep all the travel schedules and booking registers. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their bus or train tickets. It’s not a very big space, so it gets a bit tight when a whole family comes in to plan a trip. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking if seats are available. There are always maps and brochures scattered around, though most people just ask us directly where they should go. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. Outside, the street is always moving, but inside we just focus on getting the bookings right. We do a lot of local trips and some longer journeys across the state. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work, making sure the timing is right for everyone. We try to stay organized with our notebooks and the old computer we use for the internet stuff. It’s just a regular local travel shop where we know the routes well and try to help everyone get their travel plans sorted out properly.
