Polly Housing Llp

You can find Polly Housing Llp over at Silver Sands. We are on the second floor, unit 23, right on Swatantryaveer Savarkar Marg. It’s a well-known stretch of road in Mahim, mostly because we’re so close to Hinduja Hospital. You can see the hospital traffic from nearby. Our office is on Plot 204. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing too flashy. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that keep a housing business moving. The 2nd floor is a good height—not too many stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then in these buildings. Being in Mahim is convenient because we’re close to a lot of things, but the noise from the main road is definitely something you have to get used to. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. It’s just us working through things. Sometimes people drop by because they saw the name on the directory downstairs. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a local office doing our part. Silver Sands is a decent place to work from. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows our order. It’s just a regular workplace for the folks at Polly Housing Llp. We keep things simple and just try to stay on top of the paperwork and the everyday mess that comes with it.
