Poddar Housing & Development Ltd

We've been over here at Mathuradas Mill Compound for a while now. The Poddar Group Building is where we keep our office. Lower Parel is always busy, you know how it is with the traffic on N. M. Joshi Marg. We mostly work on housing projects and trying to get things built right. It’s not always easy with all the regulations and the noise around here. We have a small team sitting in the office on Plot No. 126. Sometimes the elevator acts up, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Most days start early and end quite late because there is always some paperwork waiting. People come by to ask about apartments or just to see what we are doing next. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a place to get the job done. It's a bit dusty with all the construction going on in the city, but that's just part of life in Mumbai. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. It is a local business and we know the neighborhood pretty well by now. If you are walking past the mill area, you probably seen our sign. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the projects we started. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. That’s pretty much us, just regular people working in housing.
