PODDAR ANANTAH PARADISE LLP

You can find us at Poddar Anantah Paradise LLP in the Mathuradas Mill Compound. We are in units 3 to 5 of the Neeru Silk Mills building on N M Joshi Marg. Lower Parel is always a bit of a maze with all the old mills turned into offices, but we like the history of the area. The building has that solid, older feel to it, which is different from the new glass towers nearby. Our space is functional and used for all the daily operations we handle. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk easily, though it can get noisy when everyone is talking at once. Being in Mumbai City, especially in the 400013 area, means we are right in the thick of it. There is no shortage of places to grab a quick bite around here, which is good because we often work through lunch. The office doesn't look like a magazine cover; it looks like a place where people actually work. There are stacks of paper, blueprints, and empty tea cups scattered around. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving forward. It is a busy environment, but that is just how things are in this part of town. We are usually here from early morning until the evening, just sorting through whatever the day brings. It takes a while to get used to the pace here, but it works.
