Plus Valve

We are based over at 14-B in the Shantinath Shopping Centar. If you know Malad West, you know that S.V. Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people everywhere. We’ve been running Plus Valve from this small shop for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy place by any means. There are boxes of valves stacked up to the ceiling and the shelves are a bit dusty, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they need a specific part for a plumbing job or some industrial work. Sometimes they bring in an old, rusted valve and ask if we have anything like it. We spend a lot of time just looking through our stock to find the right match. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others here. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. The shop gets a bit hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't the best, but we keep the door open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. We don't do any big advertising or have a slick website. Most of our customers are locals or contractors who have been coming to this shopping center for years. It’s just a basic business. We try to be fair with the prices and help people find what they need so they can get back to their own jobs.
