Our office is tucked away in the Fort area at 22 Mint Back Road, near number 9. It’s an old part of the city with lots of character, though the buildings are a bit aged now. We have been working from this spot for quite a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. It’s just us sitting at the desks helping people plan their holidays. We do a lot of international bookings but also some local ones. The street outside is usually quite busy with people moving around, but inside it’s fairly quiet except for the phones ringing. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under brochures and printouts. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. If a flight is too expensive, we tell them. If a hotel is in a bad spot, we say so. It’s just easier that way. We aren't trying to be the most famous agency in the world, we just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their money. Sometimes we stay late when there are delays or problems with a booking, just to make sure everything gets sorted out. It’s a simple life in an old building and we wouldn't have it any other way. We enjoy the work.
