Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is located in Borivali West, specifically in Gorai 3. We are in the Gorai-Mangalmurty CHS, which is building A-103 on L.T. Road. Being right near the Gorai Bus Depot makes this a very busy corner. You can always hear the buses pulling in and out and the conductors shouting. It’s a standard Mumbai apartment society setup on the upper floors with us on the ground level. We spend our shifts in the kitchen or behind the counter. It’s hot, loud, and there’s always something to clean. We don't have a marketing team writing stories about our dough. We just show up, put on the aprons, and start the ovens. The floor gets greasy, and the delivery drivers are always rushing in and out to beat the traffic on L.T. Road. It’s a small space, so we’re often bumping into each other while we work. On the weekends, it gets pretty hectic with families from the society and the surrounding Gorai area coming in. We don't have a fancy dining room with expensive art. It’s just tables and chairs that get a lot of use. We mostly talk about who’s on the next shift or if the fridge is making that weird noise again. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of the city, and we just keep the orders moving as they come in.
