You can find Pioneer Tours & Travels over in Borivali East. We are located in Abhilasha Apartment, right on Prabhu Shri Ram Mandir Marg. We are pretty much across from the Bharat Gas place, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. We spend our days looking at maps and booking schedules for people who want to go somewhere else for a bit. Whether it is a bus ticket or a longer trip, we handle the details. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the phone doesn't stop ringing then. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office is small, mostly just some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices. We don't have any fancy travel brochures with fake pictures. We just tell people what the options are and what it will cost. Dealing with cancellations and delays is the hardest part of the job, but we do our best to sort it out. It's just us here, making sure folks get where they need to go. We like the local feel of Borivali. Most of the people who walk in are from the nearby buildings. We don't use much jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. We just help them get their travel plans in order so they can get on with their trip. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
