Pink Gallery

Pink Gallery is sitting at 42 Bora Bazar Street in the Masjid area. We are very close to Musafir Khana, so there is always a lot of movement around our door. Bora Bazar is a famous street for a reason; you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Our shop is just one small part of that big puzzle. We named it Pink Gallery, which usually catches people's attention, but we are just a normal local shop at heart. The building is old and the street is narrow, so it can feel a bit packed during the middle of the day. We have lots of different items squeezed onto the shelves. Sometimes we lose track of where things are, but we eventually find them. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to run things. It’s just us, the stock, and the customers who wander in from the heat of the street. The area has so much history and you can feel it when you walk around Musafir Khana. We like being part of that history, even in a small way. On rainy days, the water drips off the awnings and the street gets muddy, but we just put down a mat and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the people we meet every day.
