PICK AND BUILD CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are set up at Plot #95, inside Parmeshwar Krupa Co-operative Housing Society on Tilak Road. Ghatkopar East is a busy part of Mumbai, and being in the 400077 area means there’s never a quiet moment. Pick and Build Constructions Private Limited is a name we chose because it’s exactly what we do. We pick the right materials and we build. Our office is on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the traffic on Tilak Road below. Mumbai is a city of constant change, and Ghatkopar is no exception. We see old buildings coming down and new ones going up every single day. Our small team works out of this society office, surrounded by stacks of paper and empty tea cups. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a drawing or talking loudly on the phone to a supplier. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I suppose. We like being part of this neighborhood. There’s a certain energy here that keeps you moving. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the construction done without too many delays. It’s a tricky balance in this city, but we do our best every day.
