Phoenix Infra Residency Private Limited

Our office is over in Borivali West, in the Chikuwadi area. We are based in the Wasabi Grove complex, Building Number 5, on the ninth floor. It is quite a walk from the main road, but the view of the city from up there is alright. We mainly work on residency projects around this part of Mumbai. Borivali is a busy suburb, and there is always something going on. We also spend a lot of time near Kanti Park. The office is usually a bit messy with construction samples and site photos pinned to the walls. We do not have a professional decorator or anything. We just put things where they fit. We are a small team and most of us have been working together for years. We do not really do the corporate thing. We prefer to speak plainly with people about their homes. Building in Mumbai is never easy, there are always delays or issues with materials, and we try to be open about that. The ninth floor can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep things moving. We are just local people trying to get these buildings finished so families can move in. It is a steady job and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we just take the stairs and keep going.
