Our office for Phila Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is on the second floor of Gaurav Plaza, which is at 203 Mulund West. We are right above the Saraswat Bank, so that’s an easy landmark if you are looking for us. You have to walk up the stairs since it's just the second floor, and the building is usually buzzing with people going to the bank or the other small offices nearby. Mulund West is a nice area, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. Inside our space, it’s pretty simple. We have a few desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of files. We deal with tours and travel stuff all day, so the phones are always ringing with people asking about tickets or hotels. We don’t have a fancy lounge or coffee machines. If you want a drink, we usually just send someone down to the local stall for some cutting chai. It's a small team here, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We just work through the pile of bookings and try to make sure everything is sorted out before we close up for the evening. It’s a plain, honest office where we just do what needs to be done.
