Perficient Constructions is located in Sewree, Mumbai. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, but basically, we are at 22/1/1 on Floor No 81 in the Tin Shed area. It’s on Acharya Donde Marg, near the Prbhondankar Thakare spot. Sewree has that old industrial feel to it, and our office fits right in. It’s not a fancy place with carpets and art. It’s a practical workspace where we get things done. We deal with construction, so we aren't afraid of a bit of dust or noise. Being in the Tin Shed area means we are surrounded by other businesses and workshops. It’s a very active part of town. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with site supervisors and making sure we have enough materials for whatever project is currently on the go. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and trying to solve the usual problems that come up on a build. Acharya Donde Marg is usually quite busy, and the energy of the area keeps us moving. We are a small team and we like it that way because it means we can keep a close eye on everything. We don't spend money on big advertisements or polished websites. We just work from our Sewree office and let the buildings we finish speak for themselves. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been at it for a while now.
