Our office is in Gavandipada, specifically over in IC Colony 1. It is a quiet enough corner compared to the rest of the city. We have been based here for several years, and most of our neighbors know us by now. The office itself is quite small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about their holiday plans. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at the computer screen. It is not a glamorous job, mostly just checking prices and making sure dates don't overlap. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the papers and brochures lying around. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, that usually goes out the window. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that, just a simple name on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the colony. In the evenings, you can hear the kids playing outside, which is nice. We usually stay open until about seven or eight, depending on how much work there is to finish. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while we wait for the last few calls of the day. It is a decent way to earn a living, and we like being part of this local neighborhood. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
