We are located right here in Girgaon, tucked into 1st Pathan Street in the 4th Kumbharwada area. It's a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives nearby knows. Our office at 18/37 is where we handle most of our daily things. The streets are narrow and there is always some noise from the traffic or people walking by, but we've gotten used to it over the years. It feels like a real neighborhood here. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the rain makes it hard to get to the door without getting soaked, but that’s just life in this city. We aren’t a giant corporate tower with glass walls. We are just here in this old building doing what needs to be done for Peninsula Land. Most of us have worked in this area for a long time, so we know the local chai shops and the shortcuts through the lanes. It’s a practical place to work. We spend our mornings sorting through paperwork and talking to people who drop by. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, some old fans, and our team trying to keep things moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the windows open when we can. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working right in the heart of Mumbai 400004. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else on Pathan Street.
