Peninsula Land Limited

You can find us at the Usha Complex in Bhandup West. We are in unit K-503 on Khandelwal Marg. Being near Usha Nagar makes it a pretty central spot for this side of town. We are part of Peninsula Land Limited, and this specific office handles a lot of the day-to-day coordination for our various projects. It's a typical Mumbai office setup. We have desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up on the wooden shelves. The building is usually quite busy with other businesses and people walking through the halls. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of meetings or phone calls. It is not a flashy place, just a functional space where we get things done. We don't have a big team here, just a handful of us who know the ropes. We've been in this complex for a decent amount of time now. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main road, but we make it work somehow. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to folks just looking for a new place to stay. We try to be helpful and just give straight answers to whatever they ask us. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the small details don't get missed. We like the area because there are plenty of small places to grab a quick lunch.
