We’re located on the 3rd floor of the Ready Money Building, which is right on Tulsiwadi Gheekanta Road. It’s easy to find because we are directly opposite the Drum Beat Restaurant. If you’re walking up those stairs to the third floor, you’ll definitely feel the exercise by the time you reach our door. Our office at Penguin Holidays is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people talking about flight schedules or hotel bookings. There are travel brochures scattered around and maps on the walls, though we mostly use the computers now. It’s a bit of an old-school building, which we actually quite like. It has some character to it. We spend our days trying to piece together trips for people, which can be a bit like a puzzle sometimes when the dates don't line up. It gets pretty busy around holiday seasons, and we end up staying late quite often to make sure everything is booked correctly. We aren't a massive corporate chain; we’re just a group of people who know how to navigate the travel world. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, but we just deal with it and keep going. Being in the Gheekanta area means there is always a lot of noise and energy outside, which keeps us awake. It’s a straightforward business and we just do our best to get the bookings done right for everyone.
