If you look for Shop No 9 in Begam Bai Chawl, that is where you will find us. We are Pawaskar Rent A Car, and we have been based in Andheri East for a long time. Our shop is quite close to Laurence School. It is a busy neighborhood with kids running around and lots of local activity. We keep our car keys on a big board behind the counter. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a flashy showroom. Most of our work is just talking to people on the phone or over the desk about which car they need. The chawl has a lot of character, and everyone knows each other. It gets a bit crowded on the street sometimes, especially during school hours. We manage a fleet of vehicles that we keep parked around the area. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure a car is clean and ready when someone needs it. We handle the paperwork ourselves. It's just a local business trying to keep things moving. Andheri East is always on the go, so there is never a dull moment. We see all kinds of people coming in, from neighbors to folks just passing through. We’ve been here at Begam Bai Chawl long enough that the shop feels like a second home. We just do our best to keep the cars running and the customers satisfied without any fuss. It is just us here every day.
