If you are looking for Parvez Art, we are right in Santacruz West. Our spot is directly opposite Bhagvan Collection, which is a pretty well-known place that everyone uses for directions. Santacruz is always moving, and our street is no exception. It can get pretty loud with all the shoppers and the rickshaws zooming past. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be really careful about how we stack things so people can actually walk around. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the inventory and making sure the displays don't look too messy. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes because art supplies and pieces can be awkward shapes and sizes. The lighting in here isn't the best, but we make do with a few extra lamps we brought in ourselves. We’ve been in this location for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of other shops come and go. It’s a good spot, even if the parking is impossible for our customers most days. We usually eat our lunch in the back behind a small curtain while someone stays out front to watch the door. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; people usually just see our sign while they are heading to Bhagvan or walking through the market. It is just a regular local business run by people who like being here.
