Parnita Engineering Works

Parnita Engineering Works is located on Dattapada Road in Borivili East, right near the Swastishri Sabhagruha hall. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess with metal scraps and tools scattered around, but we know where everything is. We do various kinds of fabrication and mechanical work here. It’s a noisy place with the sound of grinding and welding going on most of the day. We don't have an office with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have a small corner with a table where we write down orders and take calls. Most of our guys have been working with metal since they were kids. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology to explain what we do. If someone needs a gate fixed or a machine part made, we just look at it and tell them how long it’ll take. Dattapada Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of dust and movement outside. We’ve been part of this area for a while and most of the local shopkeepers know us. We don't have a website or a big sign outside. We just have our doors open and we get to work every morning. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in, and other days we close up early if the power goes out. It’s just a normal workshop run by people who like making things with their hands. We don't expect much, just a fair day's work for a fair day's pay.
