We spend most of our time at Parinee Crescenzo, right on the first floor in the G Block. If you know the area behind the MCA Ground in BKC, you’ve probably walked right past us. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and honestly, the traffic can be a bit of a headache some days, but being here puts us right in the middle of everything. We started Parinee Realty just to handle the usual property stuff that people need help with. It’s not a fancy operation, even though the building is quite nice. We have our desks set up in units C 38 and 39. Most mornings start with some tea and a look at what’s available in the local market. People come in looking for office spaces or maybe a place to stay nearby, and we just try to find something that fits their budget without making things too complicated. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just know this specific patch of BKC really well. The walls are a bit plain, and the printer acts up sometimes, but it works for us. We’ve been here a while now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. If you’re around the MCA Ground and need to talk about a lease or a sale, we’re usually around. It’s just us doing our daily work, keeping things straightforward for anyone who walks through the door.
