You can find us at Shop No 8 in Jalaram Nagar No 2. We are located in Ghatkopar East, right next to the Somaiya Book Depot. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the book depot, so they never get lost looking for us. The shop isn't very big, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We handle a lot of bus bookings and train tickets. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is standing at the door asking about prices. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are always people walking past on their way to the shops or the station. We spend our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for whoever walks in. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait, but they usually don't mind. We keep some old calendars on the wall and plenty of paper for notes. It’s a straightforward business. We just help people get where they need to go. Most of our customers live nearby in Ghatkopar and they just drop in whenever they are planning a trip. It's a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of everything here. We're usually here until late in the evening.
