Paradiso Builders Private Limited is based out of Kandivali West in Mumbai. Our office is at 33, Tanay, which is pretty close to Dev Nagar if you are familiar with that part of the suburb. Mumbai is a crowded place to build anything, so we spend a lot of our time figuring out the local logistics and making sure things are moving along. We’ve been operating for a while now. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a place for us to sit down and go over the plans and handle the paperwork. Being in Kandivali works well because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic is always a factor. We focus on the building side of things. It’s a lot of daily grind, talking to contractors and checking on sites. We don't have a big PR department or a polished website. It is just us and a few staff members making sure the projects get finished. Sometimes the office gets really loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that is just part of the job. We keep it real and just try to handle the challenges as they come up. Construction has its ups and downs, but we stay steady. If you’re in the neighborhood near Dev Nagar, you might see us around.
