Paradigm Habitat Private Limited is down in the Ballard Estate area of Mumbai. We are on the 1st floor of New Hind House, which is on N Morarji Marg. Ballard Estate is one of those old, grand parts of the city with the big stone buildings and wide streets. It’s a very different vibe from the rest of Mumbai. Our office is in one of those classic buildings. It has high ceilings and that old-school feel that you don't find in the newer glass towers. We work on habitat and housing projects from this location. Being in 400001 means we are right in the historic business district. It’s a professional place, but we keep our own office fairly relaxed. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather put that into our projects. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about what we do. We walk to nearby cafes for lunch and see the same faces every day. It’s a nice way to work. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the details right. The first floor of New Hind House is where it all happens for us. It’s a solid place to run a business like ours.
