Bansal Associates

Our office is located at Plot No.30 on Road No.4 in New Panvel. If you know Sector-1/S, we are right in that area. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time. Bansal Associates has been operating from here for a bit, dealing with different types of property work. We are not doing anything too complicated, just helping people figure out their housing or land needs. The neighborhood has grown a lot lately. You can see new buildings going up all around us. We spend our mornings checking on things and talking to people who walk in. It is mostly local folks from around Panvel coming by to ask about prices or what is for sale. The desk is usually covered in folders and some old site plans. We don't really go for anything flashy here. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is just us having lunch and watching the cars go by on Road No.4. We like being in New Panvel because everything is starting to connect better now. It’s a decent place to work. We know the local plots and who is building what. If you need to find us, just look for the number thirty. We are usually around during the normal day hours unless we are out at a site. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do.
