Pansuriya Construction Private Limited

We are Pansuriya Construction Private Limited, and our office is actually in Garage 1 of the Makwana Building. It’s on P.M. Road in Vile Parle East. Having an office in a garage might sound a bit different, but it works perfectly for us. It’s easy to get to, and we don’t have to deal with elevators or long hallways. We’re right there on the ground level. Vile Parle is a great neighborhood, very lively and full of history. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know all the neighbors. Our workspace is filled with folders, site maps, and the usual office stuff. We do a lot of construction management from here. It’s not about having a polished image for us; it’s about getting the jobs done properly. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites across Mumbai. When we are in the office, it’s usually to handle the boring but necessary parts of the business like permits and payroll. We’re a straightforward bunch. We don't go in for big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a busy life, especially in a city like this, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. The garage door is usually open if we’re inside working on a new project plan.
