Panorama Tours

We are located in Building Number 6, specifically in Room 212 on the first floor. This is over on Shuklaji Street in Mahim. It’s an old building, and you have to head up the stairs to find us. The room itself is quite small, but it’s where all the planning at Panorama Tours happens. We’ve got stacks of paper and old files everywhere because we’ve been doing this for a long time. Shuklaji Street is a busy place with a lot of shops and people moving around at all hours. We spend our time checking on bookings and trying to make sure all the details for various trips are sorted out. It’s not always easy, especially when things change at the last minute. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. Sometimes the street noise is so loud we have to shout a bit over the phone. Mahim is a vibrant area, and we like being part of it. The office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the tickets and the money. We don’t try to make the place look like a fancy travel lounge. It’s just a working office where we do our best to get the paperwork right. People stop by to ask questions or pay for their trips, and we just chat with them like neighbors.
