Panom Developers Llp is our small outfit located in Goregaon East. We are based in the Krda Estate, at Gala No 10. It’s right off Aarey Road, sitting just opposite the Pravasi Industrial Estate. This area is pretty industrial, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise from the nearby units. Our office is a simple gala where we do all our planning and project management. It isn't a polished corporate space. It’s more of a workspace with desks, some old chairs, and piles of site drawings. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of development. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get in and out of the estate, but we make it work. We’ve been here for a while and we like the location because it’s easy to get to different parts of Mumbai from here. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. We deal with various property projects and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s hard work and the days are often long, especially when deadlines are tight. We aren't into big promotional speeches. We just focus on getting the buildings finished. If you are looking for us, look for Gala 10 inside the Krda complex. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way.
