P&O Cruise

Our office is located in Mulund East, in the Ganesh Dham Co-op Housing Society. We are in the E Wing on the second floor. It is right behind Neelam Nagar, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. While the name P&O is known for big ships and cruises, our local office here is where we handle the bookings and the queries for people in this part of Mumbai. It’s a quiet office in a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate place. We spend a lot of time looking at cruise schedules and helping people figure out which cabin or route they want to take. It is a lot of detail work, making sure the dates and the passports are all in order. We have a few staff members who know the cruise business inside out. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly find us through word of mouth or by coming into the society. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, and we often sit with a cup of chai while we go over the travel plans with clients. Mulund is a nice place to work from because it is a bit calmer than South Mumbai. We just try to give people the right information so they can enjoy their time at sea. It is a straightforward job of matching people with the right trips.
