Our office is located at 30/A on Mama Parmanand Marg in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa. It sounds like a long address but it is a pretty straightforward spot once you get into the Mundhwa area. Even though we have "Pvt Ltd" in our name, we are still just a local travel office run by people who live right around here. We handle a lot of corporate bookings since there are many businesses nearby, but we also help individuals with their holidays. The office is usually buzzing with the sound of several phones going at once. We have a big cupboard full of old files that we probably should go through someday. Mama Parmanand Marg is a decent street, though it can get quite congested during the evening rush hour. We often stay late to make sure all the bookings for the next day are confirmed. We drink a lot of tea here to stay alert. We do not have a receptionist or anything, so whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. We have been in this building for a long time and the landlord is a nice guy. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking hotel availability and printing out itineraries. It is not a glamorous job, but we like helping people get to where they need to go. We are not fancy, just a dedicated group of people working hard at our desks every day.
