We’ve been around the Goregaon West area for a while now, mostly working out of our office here in the Geeta Sagar Building. It's a busy spot on M.G. Road, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the crowds that come through. Tilak Nagar is where we spend most of our days, talking to people and checking on things. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of files in building 58/101. Dealing with property and development in Mumbai is mostly about showing up every day and making sure things are moving forward. Sometimes the traffic on Road no. 4 makes getting here a bit slow in the mornings, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just like to get things done right here in our neighborhood. People know us around Tilak Nagar. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and try to keep things as simple as possible. It’s hard work, especially with how much things are changing in this part of town lately. Every time you turn a corner, there’s a new building or someone fixing up an old place. We’re part of that mix too. Our address is easy to find if you know where the main road is. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us right now. Most of what we do is just day-to-day management of building projects. It keeps us busy from morning till late evening.
