We are over in B Wing, Flat 4 of Green Home in Andheri East. If you see the Skoda showroom, we are right near there. We help people with their travel plans and tours. It’s a small office inside a building, so it feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that we probably should organize better. Most of the day is spent on the computer or chatting with people about where they want to go. Andheri East is always buzzing, and being near the showroom makes it easy for people to give directions to us. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us who like seeing people enjoy their trips. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about different places. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. We try to keep things simple. If a hotel is good, we say so. If a flight is likely to be delayed, we mention that too. It’s just about being straight with people. We've been at Green Home for a while and we know the security guards and the other tenants. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't looking to become a giant travel agency. We're happy just helping our regulars. We keep some sweets on the table for anyone who drops in.
