Paloma Tours & Travels

We are tucked away in B 803 over here in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. It's a pretty busy spot with a lot of people moving around, and our office is usually just as hectic. Most days it’s just us sitting at our desks surrounded by stacks of papers and half-empty coffee cups. We started Paloma Tours & Travels because we knew the area well and figured people nearby needed someone to handle their travel stuff without making it a big ordeal. Honestly, sometimes the printers jam right when we need to hand over a ticket, but we get it done eventually. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or hotels, trying to make sure things actually line up like they’re supposed to. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just checking dates and names over and over so nobody gets stuck at an airport. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors know where to find us when they’re thinking about a trip. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. Usually, there’s a lot of chatter about where the best places to go are, but mostly we are just busy with the day-to-day grind of running a small business in Kandivali.
