Working in Fort is a unique experience because of all the history around Perin Nariman Street. PALMORE DEVELOPERS LLP is located in Elite Square, which is room 302. It’s one of those parts of Mumbai where the streets are narrow and always full of people walking to the train station. We’ve been operating from this office for a while now. We don't have a big flashy sign outside. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks dealing with various building projects we have going on. Building things in a place like Mumbai is always a challenge because there isn't much space to move around. You have to be careful and plan everything out, even if things don't always go exactly right. We use simple tools and try to keep our expenses low. The building we are in has that old Mumbai feel to it. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we make do with what we have. We aren't interested in being famous or anything. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next task. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects and the guys working on the ground. We just try to keep everyone on the same page. It’s a bit noisy out on the street, but that’s just how it is in 400001. We just keep at it and get our work done.
