We don’t have a regular office with cubicles or a reception desk. Instead, it’s a homey environment with desks set up in the rooms of the flat. It works well for us. Building No 5 is easy to find once you get into the Lak Powai area. We have been here for a while and have settled into a good routine. Pallavi Agarwal is just a local name, and we don't try to make the business sound bigger than it is. It’s a personal way of working. We answer our own phones and handle our own mail. Being in Powai is great because there are plenty of small cafes nearby if we need to step out. It’s a simple, honest setup. No corporate talk, just a person working from a flat by the lake. It’s a calm spot in a busy city.
