You can find us at Shop No 12 in Bhagat Niwas. We are right on the corner in Kandivali West, at the Kothi Char Rasta. It’s a very busy spot because it’s so near the station. People are always rushing past to catch their trains. We’ve been here for a while, helping folks figure out their travel plans. The shop is small, with just enough room for a few chairs and a couple of computers. There are always maps and calendars pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It gets noisy outside with the rickshaws honking and the crowds, but we’re used to it. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for directions since we are in such a prominent spot on the corner. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a bench where you can sit while we look up prices or routes. The glass door is usually covered in posters for different places. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, handle the bookings, and try to make sense of the bus and train timings. My nephew helps out sometimes when it gets really crowded. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re right here by the station if they need anything. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people in Kandivali. This is just a local spot where you can come and talk to a real person.
