We are located in Mumbai, specifically at the Shhree Chhatrapati Shivaji Market. Our spot is Room No. C 7, which you’ll find on the first floor. If you know the market, you know it gets pretty crowded and loud during the day. It’s just how things are in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve been in this room for a while. It’s a standard market office, nothing too special to look at. You walk up the stairs and we are right there. The pin code is 400001, so we are right in the heart of things. There are always people moving goods around outside and vendors shouting. Sometimes the smell of the market comes inside, but we don't mind it much. It’s part of the atmosphere here. We keep our doors open most of the time to catch a breeze. The space is filled with desks and papers. It’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. We know the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. We share the same hallways and the same busy energy of the city. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. It’s just a practical room where we get our daily work done. Working in a market means there’s never a dull moment. We just do our bit and go home when the sun sets. It’s a real, working part of Mumbai and we are just another piece of it.
