Packair Engineers Pvt Ltd is situated at 255 Parel 2nd Cross in Marenhalli. Our building is called Packair House. It is a dedicated space for our engineering operations. We have been working out of this spot in Parel for some time. The area around 2nd Cross is a mix of residential and small industrial plots. Our building is where we keep the machinery and the office staff. It is not a shiny new glass building. It’s a solid structure that has seen a lot of work over the years. We deal with engineering tasks, mostly focusing on whatever projects come our way. Inside, you will find a lot of technical equipment and spare parts. The floors are concrete and the lighting is practical. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people know us because they’ve done business with us before or they live nearby. The day starts early with the sound of machines or the loading of trucks. Parel is a busy part of the city, so there is always movement around the 2nd Cross. We have our own way of doing things here at Packair House. It’s about getting the engineering right and keeping the equipment running. We don't spend much on making the place look like a showroom. It is a working environment through and through. That’s how we’ve always operated and we don't plan to change it. We just keep our heads down and work.
