Paaduka Developers Private Limited

Our office for Paaduka Developers Private Limited is in the old Raja Bahadur Building. We are on the second floor, over at Hutatma Chowk in Fort. It’s a historic part of Mumbai, right on Mudhana Shetty Marg. The building has that old Mumbai feel, with high ceilings and thick walls. It’s a busy area with a lot of walkers and traffic. We’ve been doing development work from this spot for quite some time. We aren't a big, flashy firm with glass walls. Our office is full of old desks and stacks of architectural drawings. We spend most of our time navigating the complexities of Mumbai real estate. It's a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and making sure our sites are running okay. The location is great because we’re close to everything, though parking is always a nightmare. We just take the stairs up and get to work. Most days are spent on the phone or in meetings with builders. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the projects we have in hand. It’s a bit noisy outside with the city sounds, but we’re used to it. We just do our work, handle the permits, and try to keep things on schedule as best as we can in this city. It’s a tough business but we’ve managed to stay around by being consistent. We usually close late because there's always one more thing to finish before going home.
