Our office is located at Flat No 4 in Ganga Sadan, over on P L Lokhande Marg in Chembur. It is near the Srinagar Complex, so it is a pretty easy landmark to find. We operate out of a small flat which gives it a bit of a different feel than a regular office building. There is always someone on the phone checking on flight times or trying to sort out a visa issue. We have stacks of brochures and folders everywhere. Traveling can be a real headache for people, so we spend our days trying to figure out the easiest routes and dates. It is mostly just a lot of typing and waiting on hold with airlines. Chembur is a busy area and the noise from the road stays with us all day. We have a couple of desks squeezed in there and a small area for people to sit if they have to wait. We aren't some huge online travel site, just a local place where you can come and talk to us face to face. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to people while we wait for the screens to load. It is just the daily life of a small travel agency. We take care of the bookings and try to make sure everything is in order before someone heads off on their trip.
