P N Tours Travels

Our office is located up on the 6th floor of 601 Malabar Hill. We are quite close to Elizabeth Hospital, which is the main landmark people use to find us. Being in Malabar Hill means it’s a bit different than the busier parts of the city. We have a decent view from the window, which helps when the work gets a bit tedious. We handle tours and travel arrangements, mostly focusing on getting people to their destinations without too much trouble. It’s a small operation here. Usually, it's just a few of us handling the phones and the paperwork. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of the people who come to us have heard about us from someone else. The elevator in this building can be a bit moody sometimes, so we tell people to be patient. We spend our days checking schedules and making sure hotel bookings are actually confirmed. It's not always exciting, but it's what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when someone has an emergency trip they need to take. We try to be helpful in a practical way. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes tacked up. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We like the neighborhood and the people we meet through this work every day. It’s been our life for many years now.
