We are located on the second floor of the M V Bhutta Chawl in Mograpada, Colaba. It is right opposite the Chirag Din showroom, which is a very easy place to spot if you are walking through the area. Getting up to the office involves walking up some stairs that have been there for a long time. Once you are inside, it’s a pretty basic setup. We have some chairs for people to sit while we talk about travel plans and look up tickets on the computer. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a map or two pinned up. Because we are in Colaba, there is always a mix of sounds from the street coming through the windows. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing papers. The space is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we do. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy displays. Most people come to us because they know where we are and they have been here before. It feels more like a small family room than a corporate office. Sometimes we have to move stacks of papers just to find a pen. It is just a quiet spot in a busy part of town where we help people get to where they need to go.
