Our place is located over on TJ Road in Sewri West. It’s an area that’s mostly busy with commercial stuff and warehouses, so it’s a practical spot for us. We spend our days dealing with travel arrangements for people going on business or just taking a break. It gets pretty hectic in the mornings when the phones start ringing. We aren't trying to be a big flashy agency, just a group of people in an office handling bookings. Most of what we do involves looking at schedules and trying to fit things together. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a while now. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out from the street. We talk to a lot of corporate workers who need to be somewhere else by tomorrow morning. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the systems are slow, or a flight gets cancelled, and we have to scramble to fix it. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. It's regular work, nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy. People call us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy brochures everywhere, just computers and desks and coffee mugs. We just keep things moving along day by day. It is just us here, working through the piles of requests that come in every week.
