Our office for Orange Tourism Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Bandra West. We are on the first floor of the Crystal Shoppers Paradise building, which is part of the Jay Gopal Industries area on Bhavani Shankar Cross Road. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the 108 unit, you’ll see us working away. The office is usually full of papers, maps, and people talking on the phones. Bandra is always moving fast, and this part of the neighborhood is no different. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out travel routes for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a lot of logistical work, dealing with bookings and schedules every single day. The building itself has that industrial feel, so it’s not exactly a luxury spot, but it’s where we do our best work. We often have tea delivered from the stall nearby while we handle the afternoon rush of calls. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or the printer jams when we are trying to get tickets ready, but that’s just how it goes in a real office. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the security guards know us well. It’s just a group of us trying to make sense of travel plans in the middle of a very busy part of the city.
