Onerous Nirmaan Llp is located in the Creative Industrial Estate, which is part of the Sitaram Mill Compound on N M Joshi Marg in Lower Parel. We are on the second floor in unit 205. Lower Parel is a very busy part of Mumbai, and being in an old mill compound gives our office a bit of a traditional, working-class feel that we really appreciate. We are not a fancy firm with glass walls and expensive coffee machines. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and manage construction projects. The office is often full of samples and blueprints, and it is rarely quiet with all the activity in the estate. We have been around for a while and we know the Mumbai building scene inside and out. We do not believe in using big marketing words or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just local folks doing a job. The traffic on N M Joshi Marg can be a real headache, but it is just part of living and working in this city. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years or from referrals. We do not bother with big advertising campaigns. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to make sure each project is handled properly. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far and we plan to keep it that way.
